Design for Performance and Stage Management students were invited to Prague to work on the 2023 Prague Quadrennial, the world’s largest festival of design and performance. Stage Manager Johanna Bunyan told us more:

Design for Performance grad Emily Bates has just finished her dream job – creating the miniatures for the set of the blockbuster Barbie movie! She tells us what it’s like to have been immersed in pink for the last year.

The new Scenic Construction course was set up to fill a gap for qualified highly skilled construction workers in both theatre, and the booming Film and TV industry in Wales, which the College plays a big part in feeding.

Wales has seen a significant increase in film and TV productions over the last decade, with global companies such as Bad Wolf and Severn Screen making Wales their home, and Netflix, Lucasfilm and more filming here.
