Biography

Helen Comerford is a stage manager with almost twenty years’ experience in the industry. She has toured internationally, working at theatres including Shakespeare’s Globe, Bristol Old Vic and The Wallis (Los Angeles).

Other career highlights include working on the London 2012 Olympics and multiple seasons at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. A go-to stage manager for the Emma Rice Theatre Company, Helen also freelances in events as a corporate show caller.

Expertise

Helen is a Production Supervisor for the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, supporting stage management and technical students in the creation and delivery of their productions.

She brings extensive experience across theatre, international touring and live events, with a strong focus on production leadership, stage management practice and supporting emerging practitioners as they develop their craft.
