Sarah trained as a postgraduate Stage Management student at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, where she was later awarded an Honorary Fellowship in 2022.
She is the founder of SC Productions Ltd, established in 2006, and works across live events, theatre and large-scale cultural productions in the UK and Europe. Her work spans site, production, event and artist liaison management, supporting events ranging from 5,000 to 90,000 capacity.
Sarah specialises in production and event management for large-scale live experiences, including festivals, stadium tours, cultural celebrations and broadcast events. She is known for her ability to coordinate complex teams and logistics across ambitious, fast-moving productions.
Alongside her live events work, she is an experienced theatre Production Manager, with recent work including productions for CBeebies’ annual pantomime.
Sarah has produced a wide range of major cultural events across the UK and Europe, including Coventry Moves, The Passion, Creamfields, and stadium tours for artists such as Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift.
She is the co-founder of NOWIE, an online network supporting women working in the events industry, reflecting her long-standing commitment to improving representation and opportunity across the sector.
