Biography

Emily Behague is a graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and an experienced stage manager and production professional working across theatre, touring productions and opera throughout the UK. She primarily works as a Deputy Stage Manager, with highlights including Deputy Stage Manager on the UK and Ireland tours of Double Indemnity, The Girl on the Train and Ghost the Musical. Her work has taken her across the country with companies such as Trafalgar Productions, Melting Pot Productions, Bill Kenwright Limited and National Theatre Wales.

She has also worked with leading London producing houses including the Menier Chocolate Factory, the Young Vic and Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre, helping to bring new writing to life, something she is passionate about.

Emily brings a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to stage management, with experience spanning large-scale musicals, touring productions, pantomime, immersive work and community-based performances.

She is highly skilled in coordinating complex productions, managing rehearsal and performance processes, and maintaining clear communication across creative and technical teams. Her work reflects a strong ability to adapt to different venues, production styles and the demands of touring environments.

Emily is particularly passionate about supporting new writing and emerging artists, alongside delivering high-quality productions in both traditional and non-traditional performance settings.
