Our partners
At the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, we believe opportunity grows through collaboration. Our under-18 programmes, and wider community activity is designed as a gateway to possibility, connecting people, experiences and pathways across Wales.
Why we work in partnership
Across the country, schools, arts organisations and community groups are already doing vital work. Our role is to support and build on this, not replace it. By working in partnership, we bring together expertise, share resources and create stronger, more connected routes into training and creative careers.
Partnership and community outreach also help us reach beyond traditional audiences. As well as supporting young people, we are committed to engaging communities who may not have previously connected with the arts, helping to create a more diverse and representative mix of participants and audiences across Wales.
By taking a joined-up, long-term approach, we aim to support talent at every stage, strengthen pathways into higher education and the creative industries, and enrich the cultural life of Wales with a broader range of voices, experiences and perspectives.
