‘The Royal Welsh College was where I found my voice as an artist. My time there gave me the confidence to trust myself, to listen to my inner voice, and to know that whatever comes my way, I'll have the tools I'll need to figure it out. Over the years, I’ve continued to feel a strong connection to the College and to its ethos of inclusion and innovation.
I feel very passionate about the way the creative arts industry is moving ahead, connecting with our communities and making a difference. We have the potential to transform ourselves, the world we live in and the way that we interact with each other and our environment.
Education is a vital part of this, and RWCMD is a powerhouse where new and diverse voices are nurtured and empowered to inspire, challenge and shape our changing world.’Tianyi Lu
