How to Apply

For entry to the BA (Hons) Stage Management & Technical Theatre programme in September 2020, you will need to apply through UCAS (UCAS Undergraduate) at www.ucas.com  

Applying through UCAS

The UCAS Institution Code for the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama is R86 and the Course Code for BA (Hons) Stage Management & Technical Theatre is W450.

If you are at school or college in the UK, you can obtain a ‘buzzword’ from your teacher or careers advisor in order to register with UCAS. If you are an independent applicant, or if you live outside the UK, you should use the UCAS online application system at www.ucas.com.

There is a one-off registration fee of £14 to use UCAS (£25 if you are applying to more than one course, college or university).

Personal Statements
We recommend that you pay particular attention to the information you provide in your personal statement. Use the form to demonstrate your proven interest and relevant experience in the field of stage management.

Application Dates

For entry in September 2020, you can submit your application through UCAS from May 2019 and the deadline for on-time applications is 15 January 2020. Interviews usually begin in December.
