About the open day
The Backstage open day which covers the following courses:
- BA (Hons) Design for Performance
- BA (Hons) Stage Management & Technical Theatre
- Foundation Degree in Scenic Arts
- Foundation Degree in Scenic Construction
- Foundation Degree in Technical Production
Our open day has been planned around our annual Giant Paper Sculptures exhibition and our termly Richard Burton Theatre performances so that you can see our Design & Production courses in action.
We ask that you please keep to a maximum of one guests per prospective student attending the open day.
Schedules
We want to support you in making an informed decision about where you want to study. At the open day, you will be able to:
- Tours: Take a tour of our beautiful campus, including our state-of-the-art performance spaces, Llanishen workshop and modern halls of residence.
- Chat with the Heads of Departments.
- Meet current students who are studying the same course as you, and learn more about their time at College.
- Student Services: Learn more about how our in-house wellbeing support services can support you while you are studying with us.
- Application process: Get a better understanding of our application process, so you can be fully prepared and confident in your application.
- Cardiff: Take some time to explore the vibrant city of Cardiff, which offers a unique blend of history, culture, and entertainment.
