Rhian Langham

Rhian is an experienced executive and Non-Executive Director who brings warmth, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of people and culture to the boardroom. With a career spanning over 25 years across FTSE 100, public, and mutual organisations, she has led transformation programmes, shaped inclusive cultures, and people strategy at the highest levels.

Rhian currently serves as a NED and Chair of the People Committee at Transport for Wales, and is the founder of Invito Ltd, a consultancy focused on helping organisations align their people strategy with long-term business goals. Her previous executive roles include Chief People Officer at Admiral Group and Principality Building Society, where she was known for driving meaningful change, building high-performing teams, and putting people at the heart of business strategy.

She’s passionate about creating workplaces where people shine — whether that’s through designing future-fit operating models, championing equity and inclusion, or coaching senior leaders to unlock their full potential. Rhian’s work has been recognised through multiple industry awards, and she continues to be a trusted voice on culture, transformation, and leadership.

Outside of work, Rhian is a proud advocate for Welsh business and community initiatives, and brings a collaborative, values-led approach to every board she joins.
