Information about how undergraduate fees are set

Students from the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man

The maximum annual tuition fees for home students on full-time undergraduate courses is governed by the Welsh Government and is currently £9,535. The maximum fee we may charge to you for each year of your course may increase above £9,535 where the Welsh Government increases the permitted level of fees. While it is not possible to predict whether there may be an increase or how much the increase may be, please note that it was increased from £9,250 to £9,535 by the Welsh Government in December 2024. The College will only increase the level of Tuition Fees for Home undergraduates on an annual basis where the Welsh Government announces a permitted uplift.

Overseas students

We review and may increase your tuition fees each year before the academic year starts. These changes are due to rising costs of delivering our Courses to you, known as inflation. We typically raise your tuition fees based on inflation, but for your certainty the increase will be no more than once per year and capped at either the current Retail Prices Index (RPI) plus 3% or £2,500, whichever is lower.
