“Melodies in Slow Motion” is an powerful evening of music, sound design and storytelling from acclaimed sarod virtuoso Soumik Datta. Featuring an array of musicians from India and the UK and inspired by artists from John McLaughlin's 'Shakti' to Brian Eno, the show explores themes of memory, migration and the climate crisis through rich sonic landscapes, field recordings and deeply emotive compositions.
