Emma Evans

Emma Evans is a Welsh Mezzo-Soprano who studied Primary Education at the University of Reading before beginning her MMus in Vocal Performance at RWCMD. Her recent engagements include the roles Dryad (Ariadne auf Naxos), Florence (Albert Herring) and 3rd Lady (Die Zauberflöte) in RWCMD opera scenes. She was recently the Alto soloist in two performances of Handel’s Dixit Dominus; one conducted by Harry Christopher and the other by Frederick Brown.

Emma’s studies at the college are supported by the Leonard and Marian Jones Distinguished Music Award.
