“Thank you so much for helping to make last night such a fantastic evening. Everything was wonderful and as we know a lot of work goes on in the background to make it a success. The staff on duty could not have done more they were so helpful and pleasant... and the performers – what talent! I hope I get the opportunity to work with you again.”

“A huge thank you to you and the team for a wonderful event on Saturday night for our Tennis Wales awards. The staff were all highly professional, friendly and helpful and we’ve had so much positive feedback. Everyone at my table spoke about the quality of the food and in particular the beautiful desserts! As you know we debated about whether or not to use the hall for the awards presentation...and you were right it really made the event.”
