All items on Library accounts have been renewed until 5 June 2020 and will continue to be extended until the College reopens. We have disabled all recalls and there will be no charges if you are unable to return items because College was closed or you were unwell or self-isolating. We have switched off emails from our system but, if you do receive any unexpected messages or have any concerns at all, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Library support during closure
All orders for print items and Interlibrary loans have been suspended until College reopens. However, we are still able to purchase online items, such as ebooks, so please get in contact with any suggestions. The Library team are also available to support you with questions about research, copyright or your Library account, by email or an online chat in Skype or Teams. Remember, there are lots of online resources available to you and we are here if you have any problems with these or can’t find what you need.
We are talking to various publishers about extending our existing online collections or adding new resources, sometimes temporarily. See the latest list of updates and links in the Hub (RWCMD staff and students only), within the new ‘Online Teaching and Learning’ section.
