Exchanges and refunds
Tickets for RWCMD performances cannot be refunded. However tickets can be exchanged for alternative performances, subject to availability and provided tickets are returned to us 24 hours before the event.

For both RWCMD and non RWCMD events, we will endeavour to re-sell any unwanted tickets for sold out performances provided tickets are returned to us 24 hours before the event and there is a waiting list.

Concessions
Concessions apply to over 60s, students, ex-RWCMD students, under 16s, Friends of RWCMD and disabled customers (you will be asked to provide ID upon purchase and/or collection).

For the comfort of all patrons we strongly advise that RWCMD performances are not suitable for children under 2 years (unless otherwise stated).

Free personal assistant and carer tickets
HyntRWCMD is a part of a national scheme called Hynt that works with theatres and arts centres across Wales to provide customers with the very best practice in fair ticketing policy and accessibility.

Hynt cardholders are entitled to a ticket free of charge (where possible) for a personal assistant or carer at RWCMD and all the theatres and arts centres participating in the scheme.

Time Credits

Time Credits can be used on any of our Richard Burton Company shows or our Lunchtime concerts. Tickets can be booked via the Box Office, we need x1 time credit for a ticket to any lunchtime concert or x2 time credits for a ticket to any Richard Burton Company show. You can use multiple time credits per order or you can buy additional tickets at standard prices. If purchasing over the phone, tickets cannot be sent out as we do need you to bring your time credits in before we can issue your tickets - you can do this on the day/evening of the performance that you are attending.
