Box Office opening hours
Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm.

On performance evenings the Box Office will remain open up to 30 minutes after the start of the last performance.

On weekends the Box Office will open 2 hours prior to the start of a show and close 30 minutes after the start of the last performance.

Please note, the Box Office will close over Christmas and New Year from 4.30pm on Friday 22nd December 2017 until 9.30am on Wednesday 3rd January 2018.

Booking by telephone or in person
Tickets can be purchased in person or by calling 029 2039 1391 during the above Box Office opening hours. Messages left on the answering machine will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can email us at (we will respond as soon as possible, please do not send debit or credit card details by email) or book online anytime - just look for the Tickets button.

We no longer charge any booking or transaction fees. There is an optional £1 postage charge, or alternatively tickets can be collected for free during Box Office opening hours.

Data Protection
When you purchase tickets from us or join one of our membership schemes, the information you provide is stored in a database managed by a consortium of venues, led by Wales Millennium Centre. Your contact details are visible to all members of the consortium, but they will not use this information unless you also deal with them directly, such as purchasing tickets or joining their membership schemes. Information relating to your ticket purchases or other financial transactions is confidential and never shared among consortium members.

The current members of the consortium are Wales Millennium Centre, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, National Dance Company Wales, National Theatre Wales, Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse, Welsh National Opera and Venue Cymru.

We process your details in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and you can download a copy of our Data Protection Policy here.
