How To Book


Box Office opening hours
Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm.

On weekends the Box Office will open 2 hours prior to the start of a show. The Box Office closes 30 minutes after the start of the last performance.

Please note, the Box Office will be closed on the following days:
Monday 7th May
Monday 28th May
Monday 27th August

Booking by telephone or in person
Tickets can be purchased in person or by calling 029 2039 1391 during the above Box Office opening hours. Messages left on the answering machine will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Booking by email or online
Alternatively, you can email us at boxoffice@rwcmd.ac.uk (we will respond as soon as possible, please do not send debit or credit card details by email) or book online anytime - just look for the Tickets button.

Fees
We no longer charge any booking or transaction fees. There is an optional £1 postage charge, or alternatively, collect tickets for free during Box Office opening hours.

Exchanges and refunds
Tickets for RWCMD performances cannot be refunded. However tickets can be exchanged for alternative performances, subject to availability and provided tickets are returned to us 24 hours before the event.

Productions by visiting companies are subject to their own returns policy, but we will endeavour to re-sell any unwanted tickets for sold out performances if given reasonable notice and provided tickets are returned to us 24 hours before the event and there is a waiting list.

Concessions
Concessions apply to over 60s, students, ex-RWCMD students, under 16s, Friends of RWCMD and disabled customers (you will be asked to provide ID upon purchase and/or collection).

For the comfort of all patrons we strongly advise that RWCMD performances are not suitable for children under 2 years (unless otherwise stated).
