An opportunity to take part in a workshop – which we’re offering for the first time – with resilience coach Dr Ralph Strehle. The purpose of what promises to be an unusual and rewarding session is to help participants reflect on their life experience in order to appreciate their achievements and to move forward in a positive manner using the concepts of resilience and self-compassion.
