BA (Hons) Stage Management
How to Apply
For entry to the BA (Hons) Stage
Management programme in September 2012, you will need to apply
through UCAS, the universities and colleges application
service.
If you are at school or college in the UK, you can obtain a
‘buzzword’ from your teacher or careers advisor in order to
register with UCAS. If you are an independent applicant, or
if you live outside the UK, you should use the UCAS online
application system at http://www.ucas.com/ You will find
full guidance on using this service on the UCAS website.
There is a one-off registration fee of £11 to use UCAS (£21 if you
are applying to more than one course, college or university),
and the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama charges an
interview administration fee of £26. You can
submit your application through UCAS from 1st September
2011 and the deadline for on-time applications is
15th January 2012. Interviews usually
begin in December.
You should use the personal statement section of
the UCAS form to demonstrate a proven interest and relevant
experience in the field of stage
management.
