What's On

Terms & Conditions

1. Latecomers
RWCMD regrets to inform you that during some performances latecomers will not be admitted. In some productions you may be asked to wait for a suitable break in the performance before taking your seats. This will be at the Duty Manager’s discretion.

2. Facilities and access for disabled people
All of our performance spaces are accessible by wheelchair. Wheelchair users will be charged the concessionary price and 1 complimentary ticket will be given (if required) to a companion.

Guide dogs are welcome and RWCMD can provide large print information on request.

Hearing Induction Loops are installed in the Box Office, the Bute Theatre, the Caird Studio and the Sir Geraint Evans Recital Room. Other venues can be fitted with portable induction loops if requested in advance. The induction loops can be used by turning your hearing aid to the T position.

Please note: It is essential that you inform Box Office at time of booking if you or any of your party have any special needs.

3. Unreserved and reserved seating
The majority of College performances have unreserved seating. Should this differ for any performance you will be informed at the time of purchase.

4. No smoking

5. Mobile phones and recordings
Please turn off mobile phones, digital watch alarms and other noise making-devices when attending performances. The use of photographic and/or video equipment is not permitted during College performances.

7. Cloakrooms
There are no cloakroom facilities. We request that all patrons keep their belongings with them at all times, and that items such as bags and coats be stored under your seat, ensuring there is a clear path for other guests and patrons. For the comfort and safety of others, it is not advisable to take items other than bags and coats into the performance spaces.

8. Glass bottles/refreshments
Glass bottles and refreshments are not permitted in any of the performance spaces.
