How to Book
RWCMD Box Office is open from 10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and
until 8pm on performance nights. Should an event take place on a
Saturday or Sunday, the Box Office will also open 2 hours prior to
the start of the performance.
The Box Office is located in the main reception area (entrance
on North Road).
You can book tickets in person, by telephone on 029 2039 1391 or
by email at boxoffice@rwcmd.ac.uk.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.
Booking Online
You can now book online by clicking on the 'Book Online' button
on the individual event pages. If you have any issues please visit
our Q & A page.
Fees
Should you wish for the tickets you have booked by phone or
email to be sent to you, please be aware it will be subject to a
small postage fee of 70p per order.
All orders paid by credit card are subject to a small fee of
50p.

Exchanges & Refunds
We regret that refunds are not normally available. If we can
re-sell unwanted tickets on sold out performances, we will refund
your money. Otherwise we offer a credit voucher service for
(applicable to RWCMD productions only), subject to
availability.
Please be aware: If you have a credit voucher that is pre-dated
1st January 2010, we are afraid it is no longer valid. All credit
vouchers processed after this date now have a 6 month expiry
date.
Concessions
Concessions apply to: Friends of RWCMD, students, ex-RWCMD
students, over 60s, under 18s and disabled people. Proof of status
may be requested when purchasing your concessionary tickets.
School & College Groups
School and College groups are entitled to concessionary price
tickets, and on occasion there will be a special price ticket -
this will be advertised in the What's On brochure and online; for
further information please contact the Box Office.
Teachers accompanying students are entitled to 1 complimentary
ticket per 10 students, for additional tickets standard rates
apply. Please contact the Box Office directly for further
information.
Alternative Brochure Formats
We offer an audio version of our What's On brochure please
request this from the Box Office. We can also provide larger font
versions on request.
