By Phone
You can book over the phone by calling the Box Office on 029
2039 1391. A 50p transaction fee applies to all bookings made using
a credit card (debit cards don't incur a fee), with an optional
postage charge of 70p.
In Person
You can book in person by visiting our Box Office. We're open
from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If there's a show, the Box
Office stays open up to 8pm. A 50p transaction fee applies to
all bookings made using a credit card (debit cards don't incur a
fee).
By Email
You can email the Box Office at boxoffice@rwcmd.ac.uk. Please
don't send credit or debit card details by email.
Online Booking - Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an account?
If you're booking online for the first time, you'll be asked to
create an account. You can then use that account for all future
bookings.
How do I pay?
You can pay using MasterCard, Visa or Maestro. Your details are
processed securely by Sage Pay and, depending on who you bank with,
you may be asked to provide a PIN or password.
Is there a booking fee?
We charge a transaction fee of £1.75 per order. If you ask for
your tickets to be sent to you, there's an additional postage fee
of 70p.
Can I choose where I sit?
Our website doesn't currently allow you select individual seats,
but you can choose the area in which you'd like to sit, e.g. stalls
or circle. Not all of our venues are divided into separate areas,
so some events may not offer you a choice. You can look at our seating plans here.

requirements, please call the Box Office on 029 2039 1391.
I've chosen seats for a performance, but my basket is
still empty. What's happening?
This sometimes happens if the remaining free seats aren't next
to one another. Call the Box Office on 029 2039 1391 so that they
can take a look for you.
How do I know if my purchase has been
successful?
Once your payment details have been processed, you will receive
a confirmation email containing your order number. If you're
collecting your tickets from us, please bring a copy of the email
with you or make a note of the order number.
