We hope the following information will help you with booking
your summer school or short course with us. If you have any
questions, please drop us an email or give us a call, and we’ll do
our best to answer your query.
How to book:
Once you have decided on your
course* please complete an application form and return it to the
Events Team, RWCMD, Castle Grounds, Cathays Park, Cardiff. CF10

Summer School
Please be aware places are limited and you are strongly advised
to apply early. If the summer school is full you will be put on a
waiting list.
All prices stated are inclusive of VAT.
Terms & conditions:
All information is correct at the time of writing; however,
should there be any changes to general information, course content
or tutors, students will be informed prior to the start of the
summer school by phone or email.
The course will run subject to demand – if we are unable to run
the course, we will advise you as soon as possible and issue a full
refund. We advise students to take out insurance to cover any other
costs incurred as a result of cancellation.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation between 8 – 21 days before the event incurs a
charge of 50%
- Cancellation between 0 – 8 days before the event incurs a
charge of 100%
Failure to attend the Summer School without written notification
will result in fees being forfeited in full.
We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses, change course
location or substitute lecturers and tutors. If we need to cancel
or change the location of your course, for operational reasons, we
will attempt to notify you immediately by phone or email.
In the event of a course being cancelled, fees for that course
will be refunded in full. We shall not be liable for any other
consequential loss.

If you wish to arrange accommodation please visit www.visitcardiff.com for further
information on a variety of local hotels, hostels, b&b’s
etc.
