Aureum Quartet – String Quartet

The Aureum Quartet is an ambitious quartet made up of students from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. Alice Apreda Howell, Kinga Kowalczyk, April Cousins and Alistair Noden are all scholarship students at the college, and have had years of experience playing at various functions, performing a wide range of genres. They have each individually played at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Cadogan Hall and Konzerthaus Berlin, plus many others whilst touring Europe. Alice and Alistair are members of the National Youth Orchestra of Wales, and have worked with world renowned conductors such as Carlo Rizzi and Jac van Steen. The quartet have been chosen to play in masterclasses with distinguished quartets such as the Emerson Quartet and the London Haydn Quartet. Willing to travel and perform special requests, they are an enthusiastic, entertaining group of young musicians.
