World Book Day at WMC
To celebrate World Book Day, come and listen to kids being
revolting! Children from local schools will be performing their
versions of Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes at an open event
on the Glanfa stage, WMC, at 1 pm this Thursday 3 March.
Over the last few weeks, children from Ysgol Pwll Coch and Mount
Stuart Primary Schools have worked with contemporary music students
from Royal Welsh College and poet Rhys Trimble, to create their own
revolting rhymes and put them to music. The children have also
worked with students from Cardiff School of Art & Design to
make puppets.
These events have been created in association with WMC and
supported by KPMG.
