Junior Music and Access Studies
Welcome to JMAS - we provide specialist instrument training for
children, young people and adults
Students from all kinds of backgrounds come to the College to
take part in our programmes. Mini Music
and Music First offer introductory
courses for 4-11 year olds. The Junior
Course provides advanced training for talented and committed
musicians aged 8-18 years. Our adult learning scheme - Access Studies - gives amateur musicians of all
ages the opportunity to experience professional one-to-one
tuition.
From violin to voice, tuba to timpani, music technology,
improvisation or jazz; whatever your interest, our programmes offer
quality tuition in a friendly and supportive environment.
