Workshop for Young Singers (14-18 years)
Course Director - Kate
Woolveridge
26th July 2012
This one-day workshop is suitable for singers of all levels,
from complete beginners to more experienced students. It is
specially designed for young people aged 14-18 years who enjoy
singing and would like to develop their skills. The workshop will
provide an opportunity for young people to develop their interest
in singing and to experience a taste of what regular vocal training
involves. Students will work on the basics of singing – including
posture and breathing – using simple songs learned on the day. The
workshop will culminate in an informal group performance of the
music studied.
