Andrew Wilson-Dickson

Andrew Wilson-Dickson trained as a pianist and
organist (with John Lill and Nicholas Danby) at Cambridge and York
Universities while maintaining a strong interest in
composition. As an organist he has given recitals in many
British cathedrals and churches. He has performed and broadcast as
a pianist and accompanist in the UK and abroad. Since moving to
Cardiff he has founded the Welsh Baroque Orchestra which brings
period instrument playing to Wales, alongside the Welsh Camerata
choir which speciailises in early repertoire. Since resigning his
post as Head of Early Music at the Royal Welsh College of Music and
Drama, he pursues active careers in playing, conducting and
composing.
