English Language Support
If you have not reached the required level of English language
proficiency, we can arrange for you to attend intensive language
courses in Cardiff before you enrol. Courses usually run
for 10 weeks before the start of the academic year in late
September. Throughout your studies, we can also arrange additional
English language support tailored to your individual needs at no
extra cost.
MA in Music Performance: EFL Pathway
This programme includes a special pathway for students who have
learned English as a foreign language (EFL). The pathway
begins with three weeks of intensive English language and cultural
training during September before the start of term. Throughout
the two-year programme you will also receive between two and three
hours per week of additional language tuition supporting all
aspects of your musical studies. If you are interested in
