To apply for entry to any of the postgraduate music programmes,
you will need to use the Conservatoires UK Admissions Service,
CUKAS at www.cukas.ac.uk You
will find full guidance on using this service on the CUKAS website.
There is a one-off fee of £16 to register to use CUKAS and the
Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama charges an audition
administration fee of £60 (one instrument) and £80 (two
instruments).

Application Dates
We are still accepting applications for entry in

For entry in September 2013, you can submit applications through
CUKAS from July 2012. Auditions begin in November
2012 so we recommend that you apply as early as possible. The
closing date for applications is 1 October 2012.
We may be able to accept late applications through CUKAS if places
still exist. After 31st May 2013, contact us directly for advice on
late applications. The audition fee for late applications is
£65.
Audition Dates
Once we have received your application we will email you to let
you know the exact date and time of your audition. We will also
update your track account on the CUKAS website with this
information.
The time on CUKAS Track will be the time of your
audition. You will have access to a practice room in which to warm
up for 30 minutes before your audition starts.
For applications received before 1 October 2012, auditions will
be held in mid November 2012. For applications received after the
deadline of 1st October 2012, auditions are likely to be held in
February/March 2013. These auditions will only be held if vacancies
still exist.
Please note that only applicants who apply by the deadline of
the 1st October 2012 and audition in the first audition period in
November will be considered for a scholarship.
